  1. Set up ESLint for Svelte code (which Oxlint does not currently support) and improved frontend code quality correspondingly.
    • Sloppy imports are now disappeared because Oxlint's import/extensions rule is now deny. This fixes building frontend on Windows.

Tag sync listed tags with a refs/tags/ prefix, which `git tag --list`
matches against tag names and therefore never matched, so no tag was
ever pushed. Compare tags via `git ls-remote` and push only missing ones
from a temporary ref namespace, keeping annotated tag objects intact.

The release workflow read the Infisical identity ID and project slug
from the `vars` context, but both are stored as repository secrets, so
the OIDC login failed with "Missing identity ID".
